Collingwood held a light training session at Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning, the day before the playing group departs to Flagstaff, Arizona for a two-week high altitude training camp.

There was a healthy number of members from the media in attendance with the senior coach, Nathan Buckley, holding his first press conference in his new position.

It was also the first occasion the entire playing list worked out as a group with the "off season"officially dead and buried.

Those who have watched the Magpies train over the last few years would have noticed several new drills taking place under the guidance of an expanded coaching panel.
