Collingwood thanks recruiter Adam Shepard who has accepted a position with the West Coast Eagles.
Shepard commenced at Collingwood in the recruiting team in 2010 before being appointed as Talent ID Manager and has played a key role scouting and acquiring AFL talent.
Shepard said: “It has been an honour to be part of the Collingwood Football Club for over a decade,” Shepard said.
“One of the things I will miss the most is the people, and I am so grateful to have formed relationships with so many quality individuals. “I wish the Club – its players, staff, and supporters – all the best for the future.”
Collingwood EGM Football Charlie Gardiner thanked Shepard for his years of service. “We thank Adam for his dedication to the Club over his 13-year tenure,” Gardiner said.
“We respect Adam’s decision to pursue another opportunity with the Eagles. “What’s clear is Adam has been a valued member of our organisation, and we wish him and his family all the best.”
As previously communicated, the Club will continue to invest in the list management and recruitment areas of our football program to ensure sustained on-field success.
