10th August 5:30pm - Tickets on sale to Legends Members Only
11th August 9am-5pm - Tickets on sale to all members to River Room function, Westpac Centre function, Coach and Horses function and Club Caroline Springs.
Copeland Trophy FAQ’s
I am a club 5 member can I bring a guest?
Club 5 members are only entitled to purchase one ticket per member. Additional tickets purchased during the club 5 sale period can ONLY be for a Club 5 member.
As a Club 5 member can I sit with a Legends member who purchases a ticket?
In order for a Legend to be seated with a club 5 member(s) the Legends member must quote the Club 5 membership number at the time of booking.
As a Club 5 member if I do not book before the 9th am I still guaranteed my ticket?
In order to be guaranteed a ticket a Club 5 member MUST book prior to 5pm 9th August. After this time Club 5 members can purchase during the Legends member onsale period however tickets are not guaranteed at this point.
As a Legends member am I guaranteed a ticket?
Legends member tickets will go onsale 5:30pm on the 10th August. Due to the extremely high demand and venue capacity, we cannot guarantee a ticket to all Legends members.
As a Legends member can I bring additional members?
Due to the extremely high demand and venue capacity tickets to the Copeland trophy will only be on sale to Legends members. In order to book for additional Legends members you must quote their membership number at the time of booking. Full payment must be received at this point for all members.
As a long standing member am I guaranteed a ticket?
Due to the extremely high demand and venue capacity, we cannot guarantee a ticket to all members including those that have been long standing.
As a Captains or social club member I have always attended will I be able to this year?
Due to the extremely high demand and venue capacity tickets to the Palladium Copeland trophy will not be onsale to Captains and Social club members in 2011. The Collingwood Football Club will host a number of offsite functions featuring a live feed from the Palladium.
If I cannot secure a ticket to the Copeland trophy what are my other options?

Why has the booking process changed this year?
The Collingwood Football Club has implemented a number of changes in 2011 to ensure tickets are sold in the most seamless and fairest manner.
If I miss out on tickets can I be added to a waiting list?
There will not be a waiting list set up for 2011.
If I am unable to call 1300 MAGPIE once tickets are released how can I secure tickets?
If you are unable to call 1300 MAGPIE at the time of sale we suggest you arrange for a friend or family member to call on your behalf. Please ensure they have your membership number, barcode number, and relevant contact details.
