West Coast and Collingwood will go in as selected for Friday night's blockbuster Grand Final rematch at Optus Stadium, with Eagles spearhead Josh Kennedy a confirmed starter.
Both sides have named 15 players each from last year's decider, and the Pies have handed a debut to mid-season rookie draftee John Noble.
Kennedy returns after missing the 91-point rout against Fremantle due to illness, while young premiership backman Tom Cole has been recalled to replace Liam Duggan (ankle).
Collingwood's three changes includes the return of run-with midfielder Levi Greenwood and Ben Crocker.
The third-placed Pies have dropped Matthew Scharenberg, Josh Thomas and Josh Daicos after their third loss in five games, which leaves them back in a scrap for a top-four spot.
