Collingwood today farewelled VFL Head Coach Craig Black who has accepted a position as a Coach Developer within AFL Victoria’s NAB League program.
Black joined the Pies in mid-2018 and headed up the Club’s VFL program for three seasons, which included leading the side to a finals campaign this year.
Collingwood General Manager of Football Graham Wright thanked Black for his service.
“Craig has added great value to our football program over the past four years,” Wright said.
“Even through a VFL season hiatus due to the pandemic in 2020, Craig was instrumental in making sure the group remained connected and engaged.
“His dedication and care towards all at Collingwood is to be commended and we appreciate and thank him for his commitment to the Club.
“We wish Craig and his family all the best with his new role and future endeavours.”
