Collingwood will host Geelong in a Qualifying Final this Saturday at the Holden Centre.
This will mark the Pies’ third VFLW finals series since the club entered the competition in 2018.
Dominant all season, the Pies become just the second club in VFLW history to make it through the home and away season undefeated. Key to their success has been the depth of their list as well as the connection amongst the group.
Having gone down to the Pies in the final round of the regular season, the Cats finished the regular season with a 10-4 win-loss record.
Week 1 of the final series will also see the Casey Demons take on Essendon (Second Elimination Final), while Port Melbourne will face off against the Southern Saints (First Elimination Final).
A win on Saturday would see the Pies meet the higher ranked winner from the Elimination Finals, while a loss would mean the Pies face the lowest ranked winner from the Elimination Finals.
Crowds are permitted at all matches in Week One of the Finals.
All matches will be broadcast live through the VFL Youtube channel.
Tune into Collingwood’s AFLW social media channels for live updates throughout the match.
