Collingwood hopes families will take advantage of the final days of school holidays and attend an open training session at the Holden Centre on Thursday.

The Olympic Park Oval home of the Magpies will be buzzing on Thursday morning as the players hit the track for their main training session of the week.

Hang around after training with giveaways and player autograph opportunities after the session concludes.

In addition to the action on the field, there will be plenty to do off it.

Star ambassadors Ben Reid and Brodie Grundy will be visiting the Collingwood Superstore, located in the Holden Centre, from 12.30pm.

The Eatery in the Glasshouse will also be open for food and coffee purchases.
