Collingwood wingman Josh Daicos has earned selection in the 2020 AFL Players’ Association 22Under22 squad.
After managing only 17 senior appearances in his first three seasons with the Pies, Daicos has taken his game to a new level this season, lining up in 14 games.
The 21-year-old is in career-best form, averaging 17.5 disposals at 74% efficiency, while finding the goals on ten occasions.
In round 10 against Sydney, there were comparisons to his dad Peter as he kicked the match-winning goal from the boundary.
Now, he is seen as one of the competition's most improved players.
The final 22 is determined by a fan vote, select your squad now.
Now in its eighth year, 22Under22 is the industry’s only recognised fan-voted award and provides the footy public with the power to select the final 22.
Voting closes on Friday, September 18, 2020.
