The Collingwood Football Club has revealed its clash jumper designed to be worn against the Kangaroos when Collingwood is the away team from 2011.
The jumper retains the famous black and white stripes but has a more significant black base, to help distinguish the Collingwood players from the Kangaroos.
"While we will never move away from the traditional combination of black and white stripes, the new jumper that we have designed along with the AFL and adidas, is a good solution that allows us to play against the Kangaroos as the away team and have both teams easily distinguished," said Collingwood CEO Gary Pert.
Collingwood is fixtured to play as the away team against North Melbourne in round two of the 2011 season on Saturday 2 April at Etihad Stadium.
The teams will meet again with Collingwood as the home team in round 16 on Sunday 10 July at the MCG.
