Collingwood veteran Ben Johnson is available to take on St Kilda on Friday night after accepting a reprimand for engaging in rough conduct against Port Adelaide’s Robbie Gray.

Johnson took the early plea, which reduced the sanction by 25 per cent from one match to no matches and 93.75 points towards his future record.

The incident occurred during the third quarter of the Magpies’ 138-point round 20 victory over the Power at AAMI Stadium on Saturday night.

Based on the video evidence available and a medical report from Port Adelaide, the Match Review Panel assessed the incident as negligent conduct (one point), low impact (one point) and high contact (two points).

This is a total of four activation points, resulting in a classification of a level one offence, drawing 125 demerit points.

The 30-year-old premiership player, who is in his 12th season at the elite level and has played 218 games, had no existing good or bad record.

He has played 10 matches in 2011, having missed a large chunk of the season with a back injury, but his form since returning to the side in round 17 has been excellent.
