Collingwood will host the West Coast Eagles next Saturday night in the First Semi Final at the MCG.
The winner will progress to face the Sydney Swans at ANZ Stadium in a Preliminary Final the following week (Friday 21 September), while the loser's season will come to a close.
The two sides split the points in their two meetings in the home and away season. Collingwood triumphed by three-points at the MCG in round 13, while the Eagles were comprehensive 49-point winners at Patersons Stadium in round 23.
