THE AFL has confirmed the full round one fixture for the 2013 premiership season, with North Melbourne set for a blockbuster first-up clash against Collingwood at Etihad Stadium on Easter Sunday.

The Kangaroos broke a horror run of results against the Magpies when they beat them by 30 points at Etihad Stadium in round 21.

The Magpie Army can expect to see the former Eagle Quinten Lynch in action for the first time for his new side in the away game for Collingwood.

The Magpies have split their last 10 opening round one contests including a three-point thrilling win in the 2007 encounter against North Melbourne.

The complete 2013 home-and-away fixture will be released later this month.
