The Preston Bullants Junior Football Club visited the Westpac Centre last week to conduct an Elite Training Session at Collingwood’s headquarters.

The club’s under-14s and colts teams received all the trimmings of an AFL club as they went through sessions on the sprung floor, ice baths, the swimming pool and gymnasium.

Preston’s under-14s team is currently sitting in second on the ladder with one round remaining until the finals while the colts are on the bottom of the ladder in their respective competitions.

The two teams also enjoyed a session in the theatrette where they were able to review their previous match and look ahead at their remaining matches before the season’s end.

Sam Botoulas, President of the Preston Bullants Junior Football Club, said his players thoroughly enjoyed their evening at Collingwood.

“It was a very informative and productive night,” Botoulas said.

“We work hard and had a great night. It was certainly beneficial.

“Thanks to the club for organising such a great night. The Collingwood Staff were great and very helpful”.
