Collingwood membership booming
A message to Collingwood members from the club...
The membership department would like to thank all members for their generous support and for the patience during this extremely busy period.
We would like to apologise to any members who may have experienced delays in receiving their memberships or have had trouble contacting the club in the lead up to the first round – we have had extra staff and extra phone lines in place over the past three weeks and it has still been very difficult to cater for the number of calls coming through and to process the thousands of memberships that came in just prior to the first game.
We would also like to apologise to any members who experienced difficulties collecting tickets or purchasing memberships at the first game. The club sold over 1000 memberships on the day and this along with ticket and cap collections caused some delays.
The membership department is currently working through any remaining issues regarding reserve seating and membership renewals.
