Every member of our Membership Services Team has a specific role, from helping our first year members to looking after those who have been signed up for more than 50 years.
Our Membership Services Team members love what they do and the day-to-day challenges that Collingwood throws at them.
For the convenience of our members, the 10-person Membership Services Team will be manning the phones from 8am until 6pm every day in the lead up to the season (12 March until 28 March).

Our Service Centre (as we like to call it) is based right here at the Westpac Centre with windows that overlook the players as they train every day.
