Collingwood supporters are encouraged to head down to the Diamond Creek Tavern to view art paintings and pastels of Collingwood Greats in conjunction with the Collingwood Past Players Association.

Renowned award winning Portraiture Artist Joe Zappulla has captured the essence of some of Collingwood’s greatest players, ranging from the club’s earliest years right up to the modern day greats.

The Past Players Association launched the ‘works of art’ exhibition at the Westpac Centre last Wednesday and now all of the paintings and pastels will be displayed at the Diamond Creek Tavern from Tuesday 27 August until Monday 2 September and then from Wednesday 4 September until Sunday 8 September between 11am and 6pm.

Any unsold works of art will be available for sale during that time.

Funds raised go to the Murray Weideman Past Players’ Welfare Fund to assist Collingwood past players in financial need.
