Development Manager Craig McRae, VFL coach Dale Tapping and Development line coaches Steve Grace, Tarkyn Lockyer and Anthony Rocca spend hours with both AFL and VFL listed players each week, be it on the sprung floor at the Westpac Centre or out in the cold on a Sunday evening at Victoria Park.
Tonight, the coaches explain their roles and illustrate the work they put into the players the club hopes to carry it into the future.
