Cloke kicked five goals and three behinds from a game-high 12 marks and was awarded with four votes in the AFL Coaches Association Champion Player of the Year Award.
It was the second time he has polled this year, having received one vote for his role in Collingwood's 16-point win over North Melbourne on Easter Monday.

Hawthorn's dominance was reflected in the voting with six players collecting votes from the two coaches.
Skipper Luke Hodge was the clear standout in the minds of fans and media alike, and the coaches didn't disagree. They allocated him the maximum 10 votes for his 31 possessions, six tackles and two goals.
Defenders Ben Stratton (five), Grant Birchall (four) and Josh Gibson (four) all figured in the votes while Lance Franklin (two) and Liam Shiels (one) were also recognised.
Scott Pendlebury and Jamie Elliott's best on ground performances in the opening two rounds see them at the top of the Collingwood leaderboard, three votes clear of Steele Sidebottom who has been a consistent early season performer.
Sydney's Jarrad McVeigh leads the competition with 20 votes, one ahead of Richmond's Trent Cotchin. McVeigh has overtaken his Swans co-captain Kieren Jack who was the league leader after two rounds with 18 votes.
