McGuire became President of the Collingwood Football Club on his 34th birthday and has overseen a complete transformation of the club's on and off field fortunes.
Rising from Victoria Park in the late '90s to the glory of Grand Final day at the MCG in 2010, McGuire has helped entrench Collingwood as a powerhouse of the Australian Football League.
