Collingwood full back Nathan Brown has been offered a one-week ban after a collision with Sydney's Luke Parker.
Brown, 26, was charged with rough conduct after tangling with Parker early in the second quarter during Friday's loss to the Swans at the SCG.
The AFL's Match Review Panel released the following summary of the incident:
"Nathan Brown has been charged with engaging in rough conduct against Luke Parker, Sydney Swans, during the second quarter of the Round 20 match between Collingwood and the Sydney Swans, played at the SCG on Friday August 14, 2015.
In summary, he can accept a one-game sanction with an early plea.
Based on the available video evidence and a medical report from the Sydney Swans Football Club, the incident was assessed as careless conduct with medium impact to the head.
The incident was classified as a two-game sanction. The player has no applicable bad record. An early plea enables the player to accept a one-game sanction."
