The AFL has announced the 2015 National Draft will be held in Adelaide this November.
The Adelaide Convention Centre will host the event on Tuesday November 24 at 5.30pm ACDT.
It will be the second time the event will be held in Adelaide and the sixth time it has been held outside Victoria since its inception in 1986.
For the first time, future draft selections will be part of trading options during the trade period and there will be live bidding on draft night on father-son and academy selections.
The National Draft was last held in Adelaide in 1997, when Collingwood selected a 17-year-old Chris Tarrant with the eighth overall selection.
Entry to the draft will be free to the public, while it will be broadcast live nationally on Fox Footy and streamed online.
For the record, Collingwood made the following selections in the last National Draft to be staged in Adelaide (1997)
