Get your tickets for Collingwood's first NAB Cup outing for 2011, and play your part in raising funds for the flood relief appeal.

Collingwood will take on Carlton and Richmond at the Docklands Stadium in the evening of Saturday 12 February as part of the AFL's new opening round format for the pre-season competition.

The triangular round-one match-ups will be the centrepiece of the AFL's flood relief fund-raising effort, with nine-a-side legends and celebrity matches also being staged to help fund the AFL's response.

This further fund-raising comes after the Magpies raised $80,000 for the flood relief effort at the club's team photo day last month.

The schedule for the Collingwood-Carlton-Richmond three-way event is as follows:

NAB Cup Round 1
Saturday 12 February - Docklands
19:15 Carlton v Richmond
20:20 Collingwood v Richmond
21:25 Collingwood v Carlton

Adult ticket prices start at $20 and concession prices at $11, with 15 per cent of all gate receipts from the opening round to go towards supporting football communities affected by the floods. Please note that ticket agent fees and ground levies may apply at some venues.

Children under the age of18 can register their details at afl.com.au/juniortickets  to receive a free ticket to a NAB Cup match of their choice in Rounds One, Two or Three.

Under the new format following the introduction of the Gold Coast Suns and the GWS Giants as the competition’s 17th and 18th teams, the 18 teams will be divided into six pools of three for the opening round, with each club to play the other two sides in their pool once, in three shortened matches comprising two 20-minute halves.

The six winners from each pool, plus the two sides with the best records among the remaining clubs will qualify for round two of the competition, allowing for a traditional quarter final set-up of eight teams, before progressing into semi-finals and a grand final.
