Ben Reid
Was dropped from the AFL team for the Big Freeze clash with Melbourne, but responded by turning in a great performance for the VFL Pies in their loss to the Casey Demons at Casey Fields on Sunday, June 9. Finished the game with 15 disposals, seven marks, 11 hit-outs and two goals.

Josh Daicos
A regular emergency for the AFL team this season, Daicos has been in great form in the VFL. He won plenty of the ball in the VFL Pies’ match against the Casey Demons, finishing with 24 disposals, three marks, six tackles and four rebound-50s.

Isaac Quaynor
Another regular on the emergency list for the AFL side, Quaynor has enjoyed a solid season in the VFL. He was quiet against the Casey Demons but remains in contention to make his AFL debut during the second half of the Pies' campaign.

Ben Crocker
A very solid performer in the VFL so so far this season, Crocker was a carryover emergency for the AFL game against Melbourne, meaning he didn’t play at any level that weekend. Was able to further freshen up last weekend, given the Pies’ VFL and AFL teams both had a bye.
