Renée Roberts has over 30 years’ financial services industry experience in areas such as governance, integrity, risk management, finance, strategy, transformation, technology, operations, and customer experience.

Renée currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer at Judo Bank and Non-Executive Director of Firefly Metals Limited. Prior to this she was the Executive Director Banking at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).

Other c-suite roles include Deputy CEO NDIA, Chief Operating Officer QBE, Group Executive Operations, Technology and Transformation at NAB and Chief Risk Officer BNZ.

Renée has held executive and non-executive director roles in financial services, education public health research, youth and family services. Renée is a member of Chief Executive Women and a qualified executive coach.
