Collingwood forward Ash Johnson and defender Oleg Markov have been elevated to the Club’s AFL senior list.
Johnson was drafted to the Club through the 2021 Mid-Season Rookie Draft in 2021, whilst Markov signed as a Rookie in February this year. Markov was selected to fill the squad’s remaining list spot following the injury of Charlie Dean who was placed on the Inactive List.
Johnson, who played 15 games in 2023, signed a fresh deal with the Pies earlier this year to remain at the Club until at least the end of the 2025 season.
Following Premiership success in his first season in the black and white, Markov signed a one-year deal that sees him remain a Magpie until the end of 2024. The 27-year-old has played in every game since his Collingwood debut in Round 4.
The Pies now have 33 AFL primary listed players and two rookie spots.
Collingwood will enter the 2023 AFL National Draft with Picks 19, 33 and 80.
The Draft will be held across two nights on November 20 and 21.
