Paul Tuddenham was elected to fill the vacancy on the Collingwood Board after he received the highest number of votes from eligible Members.
Tuddenham is the current President of the Collingwood Football Club Past Players and played 40 games for the Magpies between 1987 – 1991. Outside of football, the 55-year-old owns Dime, a Property Development, Office and Events Company and he is also the Director of Eclat Corporation.
His father Des Tuddenham, a member of the Australian Football Hall of Fame, was a Captain of the Club and is the ruck-rover in the Collingwood Team of the Century.
Each Director at Collingwood is elected for a three-year term.
During the AGM, the Club also thanked Mark Korda for his extensive contribution as a long-term Director at Collingwood. Korda chose not to seek re-election after completing his term.
Elections for Directors to the Collingwood Board are conducted in accordance with the Club's Constitution and Election Rules. Voting commenced on Friday November 18, 2022 and closed on Friday December 9, 2022.
Collingwood thanks all candidates who nominated and all Members who voted for their participation in the electoral process.
The Club also acknowledges and thanks CorpVote Pty Ltd who it engaged to run the independent voting process – all votes were submitted through the CorpVote system and run as a secret ballot process.
