Nominations for Election as a Director of CFC
Any Member seeking election will be required to meet the criteria outlined in the CFC election by-laws which can be found on the club website under the AGM page.
CorpVote has been engaged to provide an online nomination application for nominees. All nominees will be required to lodge their application online.
This will provide all Members with accurate and appropriate information to comply with the relevant CFC rules and election by-laws and ensure that the election process is fair and independent.
The nominations process will open at 9:00am AEDT on Friday October 14, 2022, and close at 5:00pm AEDT on Thursday November 3, 2022. Nominations received after this time will not be accepted.
All applications for nomination as a director of CFC must be submitted online, must be completed in full and must provide the relevant documentation requested.
