Paul founded Dime, a successful property development company, 23 years ago. He is also the co-founder and chairman of Eclat, a serviced office and hospitality provider.
His comprehensive skill set encompasses acquisitions, design, planning, funding, marketing, and project management. Notably, his hospitality expertise is exemplified by the highly successful opening of The Gardiner Hotel in Malvern, showcasing his ability to create spaces that resonate with the community.
Paul played professionally with the Collingwood Football Club and was inducted into the Hall of Fame as part of the 1990 premiership team.
Paul has been on the Collingwood Board for a number of years and has held the position of Collingwood’s President of the Past Players (CFCPP) for the past five years.
Paul is a strong advocate for player welfare, believing in providing players and their families with support and pathways during and after their football careers.
