Alan Didak is due to play his 200th game for Collingwood in the club's qualifying final against West Coast at the MCG on Saturday.

The 28-year-old, was drafted by the club from SANFL club Port Adelaide with the third overall pick in the 1999 draft, will become the 31st player to play 200 games for the Magpies.

He debuted against North Melbourne in round seven of the 2000 season, and was a member of the Magpies’ 2002 and 2003 grand final teams.

He won the Copeland Trophy as the club’s best-and-fairest in 2006, and in that same year earned his first All Australian guernsey.

Didak enjoyed one of his best seasons in 2010, as he played in the premiership side, finished fourth in the Copeland Trophy, won selection in the All Australian side for the second time and won the Gordon Coventry Trophy as the club’s leading goal kicker with 41 goals.

He has kicked 265 career goals.

In 2011 Didak has played 17 matches, and in the past three weeks has produced some of his best form, having averaged 29 touches per game since returning from a calf injury.
