As Nathan Buckley prepares for another gruelling season on-field, he is also lending a hand off-field in support of the Xbox 360™ Konsoles for Kids charity auction.

To celebrate the Xbox 360 console’s first birthday in Australia, customised consoles signed by some of Australia’s biggest celebrity names are about to go under the virtual hammer on internet auction site eBay to raise cash for the Make-A-Wish foundation.

Football fanatics and sports fans alike are being urged to kick goals of their own online by bidding for two limited edition Xbox 360 consoles signed by Collingwood Captain and Brownlow medallist Nathan Buckley.

The auction involves signed and customised Xbox 360 consoles featuring an airbrushed image of Bucks. Fans can log onto eBay for the chance to tackle one another in the quest to get their hands on one of these, with all money raised going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

As well as these big names, other celebrities getting involved in Konsoles for Kids include:

  • King of the Mountain Craig Lowndes
  • Record wicket taker Shane Warne
  • Super 14 team the NSW Waratahs
  • Channel 7’s V8 Supercar commentary team
