Collingwood’s premiership ruckman Darren Jolly is set to play his 200th AFL game this Sunday against Essendon and headlines four inclusions into the 25-man squad.

Jolly returns after missing last week with a virus and joins Dayne Beams, Luke Rounds, Kirk Ugle and Ben Sinclair in the squad to be finalised to 22 players on Friday at 5pm.

Cameron Wood and John McCarthy have both been omitted from the side that enjoyed a 54-point win over the Gold Coast Suns last Saturday.

Beams, 21, has missed the last six matches with a broken foot, an injury sustained in the win against St Kilda in round 11.  The premiership Magpie is a chance to resume his season averaging a career high 21.2 disposals, 5.5 marks and 1.2 goals in his eight matches.

Recent debutant Rounds is a chance to add to his three senior games of experience after making his start in round 15.

Untried Magpies Ben Sinclair and Kirk Ugle are both inline to make their debuts at the MCG.  The young Magpies did not participate in any form of football last weekend with the VFL team having a bye.

Sinclair, who was drafted in 2009 with overall pick 62, was named as an emergency last weekend while Ugle (selected with overall pick 60 in 2010) has developed as a dangerous small forward in the VFL over the last month.

Injured duo Sharrod Wellingham (groin) and Alan Didak (calf) are both expected back next week with Chris Dawes (hand) and Alan Toovey (finger) still a fortnight away.

Essendon has lost two key positional players with Tayte Pears (knee) and Michael Hurley (foot) going down with injury while captain Jobe Watson has been included in the squad.

Collingwood will be looking to make it five wins in a row over the ninth-placed Essendon.  The Magpies will also be vying for a 10th straight win, the last time occurring from rounds 7-17 in 1965 (11 in a row).
