Josh Fraser, Heath Shaw and Scott Pendlebury have been named in Victoria’s squad, while Leon Davis is the sole Dream Team representative.
Pendlebury was not in the initial Victorian squad of 40, but he has been rewarded for the strong form he has shown over the first seven rounds of the season.
The teams will gather in Melbourne for training at the MCG on Wednesday and Friday, before the final teams of 25 (18 plus seven interchange) are named.
Mark Thompson (Geelong) will coach Victorian and Mark Williams (Port Adelaide) will lead the Dream Team. Collingwood’s Guy McKenna will be on of Williams’ four assistants on the night.
The match will commence at 7:40pm.
