Andrew Krakouer Walks Kokoda for a Cause
Andrew Krakouer will raise money for the Luke Adams Foundation when he completes the gruelling Kokoda Track.
Krakouer will be one of 30 people who will be ‘Walking for a Cause’ to help raise money for the Luke Adams Foundation.
The Luke Adams Foundation seeks to reduce anti-social behaviour and violence within our communities. It was established after Western Australian footballer Luke Adams suffered life-threatening head injuries from a one punch assault during a night out in Perth in 2011.

About Walk for a Cause:
Walk for a Cause provides an opportunity for a group of Australians to walk side by side on the Track. The group is made up of victims of crime, high profile sportsmen, police officers, corporate identities and student leaders; it is a way for members of the community who have had enough to stand together and promote a message of community safety.
Completing the trek will afford a sense of purpose, reflection and mental strengthening that will foster positive pathways back into each individual’s stance in society and everyday life. Completing the Kokoda Track will also be an opportunity to share experiences and develop a network of genuine friendships that will last a lifetime.
Any donation, large or small, made to The Luke Adams Foundation is greatly appreciated and will go directly towards the implementation of education programs to reduce harm in the community.
