Collingwood forward Jordan De Goey performance against Geelong was all one could have asked for, with the senior coaches' rewarding his efforts with a perfect ten in the AFL Coaches Association's AFL Champion Player Award.
The 24-year-old opened his account with a goal inside the opening two minutes and was swamped by teammates.
In a low-scoring affair and reduced quarters, a five-goal performance was impressive to say the least.
