Scott Pendlebury would “do everything” to play alongside his brothers at Collingwood if the chance was ever presented.
The Collingwood captain comes from a talented football family, with both his brothers spending time on the club’s VFL list.
Kris, the oldest of the trio captained the VFL Magpies between 2010-2012, while the younger Ryan is currently listed and was named in the VFL Team of the Year in 2015.
Both have come close to realising their AFL dreams, but never joined Scott on the field outside of junior football.
“If my brothers were ever on a list, I would be pulling so hard to try and get them to play at Collingwood,” Pendlebury said on Collingwood Media podcast ‘Jock and Journo’.
“I would be doing everything I could to get them here.”

The topic came to attention after co-host Jay Clark raised the possibility of Sydney’s Sam Reid potentially finding a new home at the end of the current season.
Reid is the younger brother of Magpies’ defender Ben, and will become a free agent this off-season after seven seasons and 105 games with the Swans.
“I reckon Sammy Reid is on his way back to Melbourne next year,” Clark said.
“I think you guys (Collingwood), I think Richmond, I think Melbourne, (and) I think Carlton would all be circling.
“But when you’ve got the brother, it’s a little ace in your sleeve. Because he’s a free agent, you don’t need to trade anything for him. He’d be perfect.”
“You wouldn’t see me complaining,” Pendlebury offered in response.

A pair of brothers haven’t played together for Collingwood since Rhyce Shaw left his brother Heath and the Magpies for Sydney at the end of 2008.
