Taylor Adams was the universal coaches' choice for best on ground after Collingwood's impressive win over the Brisbane Lions at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night.
Adams finished with a team-high 33 disposals and was subsequently awarded the maximum 10 votes in the AFL Coaches' Association Champion Player of the Year award.
Six Pies players - Adams, Jack Crisp, Brodie Grundy, Jordan De Goey, Scott Pendlebury and Levi Greenwood - polled votes in all.
Grundy is now sixth on the leaderboard, although he's 19 votes behind the leader, Hawthorn star Tom Mitchell.
