Taylor Adams makes his return to football through the VFL Pies on Saturday at Victoria Park.
An adductor injury has kept the hard-nosed midfielder out since round seven against Port Adelaide. Adams will hope to build his form and push for AFL selection in the lead-up to September.
Adams will be one of at least five changes to the Pies’ VFL side this week, as a combination of AFL selection and injury has forced Jared Rivers’ hand.
Speedy forwards Josh Thomas and Josh Daicos return from the senior side, while veteran Tyson Goldsack also returns after being a late out last week against Werribee.
The Pies will be seeking their fourth win a row on Saturday, with the match to be broadcast live on the VFL website.
