Melbourne recruit Steven May is a confirmed starter for Saturday's clash with Collingwood, for what will be just his eighth game this season.
There are no late changes for either side from Thursday night's selected teams.
May missed round one because of his latest suspension, then suffered a pretty serious groin injury in his club debut the next week and was out for the next nine games.
Just as the ex-Gold Coast co-captain was returning to his best form – thanks to stringing together six games – he suffered a hamstring strain and was sidelined for the past fortnight.
May returns at Braydon Preuss' expense, while defender Jack Madgen comes in for the Magpies to replace Mason Cox, who won't play again this season because of a tear in the retina of his left eye.
