Collingwood’s AFLW Head of High-Performance Mathew Pell has provided an injury and health update ahead of the Magpies’ Week Eight match against Adelaide at Victoria Park on Sunday afternoon.

Charlotte Blair is progressing well in her recovery for a bone stress injury in her lower leg.
The 20-year-old has started heavy cross-training sessions to set herself up for next year's pre-season.
Kalinda Howarth
Kalinda Howarth is positively progressing in her ACL recovery.
The forward is increasing her loads and integrating into training drills and will continue to tick a few more boxes in her rehab.
The forward is expected to return in three to four weeks.
Mikayla Hyde
Mikayla Hyde is pressing well in her foot recovery as she transitions into full ground ball movements and main training sessions.
The forward will need to successfully complete multiple training sessions to make herself available.
The 21-year-old is expected to return within two to three weeks.
Selena Karlson
Selena Karlson will be sidelined for the remainder of the NAB AFLW 2024 season.
The 26-year-old continued to experience severe shin pain, resulting in her entering a de-load period in her recovery.
Unfortunately, the defender didn’t progress or feel any relief, so she will take a longer approach to her recovery.
Annie Lee
Annie Lee continues to work through her knee rehab.
Nell Morris-Dalton
Nell Morris-Dalton continues to work through her back recovery.
The 23-year-old continues to complete light exercises and biking sessions.
The forward focuses on gaining stability and developing her core strength.
