Collingwood’s General Manager of Women’s Football Jess Burger has provided an injury and health update ahead of the Magpies’ Week Three AFLW match against Brisbane this Friday night.

Muireann Atkinson
Muireann Atkinson has progressed well from a concussion sustained in Week One and she is now in the final stages of the AFL concussion protocols.
The defender will be tested this week to determine her availability for Collingwood’s Week Three match against Brisbane on Friday night.
Charlotte Taylor
Charlotte Taylor is progressing well in her recovery from a foot injury.
The 20-year-old will need to complete full training this week to be available for this Friday night’s game against Brisbane.

Lauren Butler
Despite successfully recovering from a calf injury, Lauren Butler has suffered a setback having injured her left hamstring during the Pies training session last Thursday.
The 23-year-old is set to be sidelined for three to four weeks.
Imogen Evans
Imogen Evans is tracking well after sustaining a hamstring strain to her left leg during training last week.
The 20-year-old has already made positive developments having returned to running over the weekend.
She is expected to return within four to six weeks.
Kalinda Howarth
Kalinda Howarth continues to progress through her recovery from an ACL injury.
The 25-year-old will look to make a return to the field in eight to 12 weeks.
Mikayla Hyde
Mikayla Hyde is progressing well in her recovery from a foot injury.
The 21-year-old has successfully been able to change direction during her running sessions and will look to complete more running sessions this week.
She is expected to return to the field in the back end of the season.
Annie Lee
As confirmed last week, Annie Lee sustained an acute cartilage injury to her left knee during the Pies’ Week 1 match against the Sydney Swans.
The 21-year-old is expected to consult with medical staff and a surgeon over the coming days.
Lee will be sidelined for the remainder of the 2024 NAB AFLW season.
