Collingwood's Head of High Performance Jarrod Wade has provided an injury update ahead of Collingwood's Round 24 clash against Melbourne.

Aiden Begg

Aiden Begg continues to work through a rehab program for his knee injury. The 21-year-old has experienced swelling in the affected knee and will halt running sessions until it subsides.

Jordan De Goey

Jordan De Goey is progressing well in his hamstring recovery. The midfielder has started a rehab program, completing bike and pool sessions.

Next steps for the 28-year-old will be on field running work.

Harvey Harrison

Harvey Harrison is yet to have surgery on his knee after experiencing swelling in the area.

The 20-year-old will undergo another surgical review this week to determine next steps.

Ash Johnson

Ash Johnson continues to work through the AFL’s concussion protocols. He continues to be supported by the Club’s medical team.

Brody Mihocek

Brody Mihocek is progressing well with his pectoral muscle recovery.

The forward has successfully completed a few running sessions last week and has progressed to running outside, close to 100% speed.

The 31-year-old is also completing bench presses and lateral work, regaining strength and movement in his arms.

Mihocek will continue with his shoulder rehab to make strides in the off-season.

Tom Mitchell

Tom Mitchell continues to work through the rehab program for his foot.

The midfielder has started intrinsic foot rehab work to regain ankle mobility, as well as completing light bike sessions and strength work in the gym.

Oscar Steene

Oscar Steene is making positive steps with his toe recovery.

The 20-year-old has increased his running ability to 100% over the past week, as well as completing plyometric exercises.

The next steps for the ruckman is to start running sessions to be in shape for season 2025.
