Nathan Murphy, Taylor Adams, and Harvey Harrison are the three inclusions for Sunday afternoon’s clash against Adelaide – the final match of Round Seven, to be played from 4.40pm at Adelaide Oval.
Murphy returns from concussion protocols, after suffering a knock in the fourth quarter of Collingwood’s Round Five victory against St Kilda.
Also returning for the first time since Round Five will be experienced midfielder and vice-captain, Taylor Adams, who has been named in the squad.
Adams returns after serving a one-match suspension for rough conduct.
Young forward Harvey Harrison has been rewarded with a spot on the extended bench as a result of his strong form at VFL level.
Harrison was named among Collingwood’s best in the Round Five VFL victory against Essendon on Sunday afternoon, gathering 12 disposals and kicking a goal.
Scott Pendlebury has been named in the squad following a poke to his eye in the fourth quarter of Tuesday’s ANZAC Day victory.
Pendlebury was sent to a specialist after the game and was cleared of any damage. He is expected to be available for Sunday’s game.
The final team will be announced at 5pm on Friday evening, with the substitute to be announce 60 minutes prior to the first bounce on Sunday afternoon.
