Jordan De Goey is a strong chance to return for Collingwood’s big clash with Fremantle at the MCG on Saturday.
De Goey has missed the past two games due to a shin problem, but he will be given the chance to prove his fitness in the Pies’ main training session on Thursday.
“If he gets through that, then the test at the end of training should see him hopefully ticked off for selection this week,” the club’s football boss, Geoff Walsh, said on the round 11 episode of Injury Update.
