While our VFL side lost its final against Carlton at the weekend, some positive news was the successful return of Nathan Kreuger - 17 weeks post shoulder surgery.

He's pulled up well after the game and will return to full training on Thursday.

Tyler Brown was an omission from the VFL match but he has now recovered from a fatigue related illness.

He will return to full training this week and will be available for selection.

Taylor Adams started his rehab conservatively with straight line running and progressed into a testing period last week, with more skills and team training.

He completed part of Friday's match simulation and pulled up well.

Pending his completion of Thursday's main session he is expected to be fit and available for Saturday's clash with Geelong.

On our long term rehab list, Tom Wilson (back) is now completing around 90 percent of every main training session.

Reef McInnes (shoulder) has started some controlled tackling and wrestling on the sideline with coaches.

Harvey Harrison (hamstring) is running at 85-90 percent now and will return to full training in the coming weeks.

Following his successful surgery, Brodie Grundy (ankle) is now out of the moon boot and walking comfortably.

He has started his rehab process with lower body strength work and will introduce running and deep water running in a few weeks.

Charlie Dean is out of the moon boot but is still six-eight weeks away from running.

He will progressively load into the start of pre-season.
