Chris Mayne’s manager has given a strong indication the versatile goalkicker will join Collingwood’s forward line next season.
Mayne’s agent, Colin Young, yesterday suggested the Pies would be the right fit if they could agree to terms for the 27-year-old.
“No doubt Chris will be playing in Melbourne next year, it’s just coming down to fine-tuning a couple of things with a couple of clubs,” Young said.
“Collingwood is a great club, I’d love him there. Hopefully in the next 10 days they decide to take him.”
Treloar ‘extremely happy’ for GWS’s finals success

Collingwood’s Adam Treloar says he is “extremely happy” seeing the finals success of his old club Greater Western Sydney.
…While Treloar told AFL Tonight is was “disappointing” that he was yet to play a finals match in his AFL career, he said he was thrilled to be at the club.
“Obviously you sort of think if I was still there, well I’d like to think I would be in the team,” he said.
“But I’m extremely happy for them, it was just a matter of time before they started to really flourish and become the team that they’ve becoming to be.
