Tickets to Collingwood's second NAB Challenge match are also selling quickly. 6,000 tickets for the clash with Richmond at Wangaratta have already been sold with approximately 5,000 still remaining. The match will be played on Saturday 22 February at 4.40pm.
To purchase your tickets, head to the Ticketmaster website or phone 136 100. More information about the match can be found here.
The Magpies will play one final practice match (separate to the NAB Challenge) against Gold Coast at Metricon Stadium on Sunday 2 March. Ticketing information for that match is yet to be finalised and will not be on sale with the NAB Challenge tickets.
About the NAB Challenge: The AFL's pre-season competition has undergone a major overhaul, with the abolition of the NAB Cup format which saw the two best performed teams meet in the Grand Final a fortnight prior to the home and away season. Instead, each team will play two matches under the NAB Challenge banner before playing one final practice match ahead of the home and away season. Collingwood will open the home and away season with a home game against Fremantle at Etihad Stadium on Friday 14 March at 7.50pm. You can view the entire NAB Challenge fixture here.
Broadcast Details: Collingwood's match against Geelong will be broadcast nationally on Fox Footy (channel 504). It will be broadcast on radio 3AW and SEN from 7pm and KROCK from 6pm. FIVEaa (Adelaide) will relay 3AW's broadcast from 6pm (ACDT).
Please note: Club members do not receive free entry to NAB Challenge matches.
